It's been a while since I've posted. After looking around, it's been a while since I've done anything on the blog. So, one of these days I'll update all of it! For now ignore the dust as I share with you. This post may be difficult to type, as the words fall short. Nonetheless, I want to do my best to SHOUT about the power of God. The song by Israel "I know who I am" has been ringing in my ears. Here are the lyrics:

Over the last 4 weeks I have lived out these lyrics. I have seen with my own eyes what God can do. He can build and restore. The enemy wants and waits to tear down what God has built. But God protects and always has the last word!! God says NO, that is not the end of you. I have treasures for you! Follow me, trust me, I will make your paths straight. He forgives and he tosses it to the bottom of the ocean floor. I am weak, I am flawed and I mess up daily. But we are not called to be perfect. Only He is perfection. We are called to follow Him. He shows us how to truly love, and when we do, He rewards us. Thank you Jesus that I am yours and you are mine.

A better day...

Thank you for your prayers and concerns. Life is full of ups and downs, it's just par for the course. I was in a time of 'down.' But God has turned it around, like He always does, and life is sweet again. He continues to work miracles in my life and in the lives of those around me. We were never promised an easy life. We were promised a comforter. "the world is full of trials and tribulations, but take heart for I have overcome the world."

Today I am praising God for the beautiful sunshine and the peace in my spirit!

Today is hard. I'm going to try to cling to Jesus.
